Launch Celebration Taking Place in Dubai at Annual World Cup Horse Race
LOS ANGELES, March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- International up and coming media
conglomerate, Fortitude Entertainment Group, is preparing to launch their
newest venture, a division called Fortitude Gulf in Dubai, United Arab
Emirates. Fortitude Gulf will include a production studio that will rival the
biggest majors, as well as a theme park. In essence, they are creating in
Dubai the next Hollywood. In celebration of this new venture, several
people including Hunt Lowry, Fortitude Film's President of Production and
partner (Dreamer, A Cinderella Story, Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood),
and various Fortitude and WB executives to attend the Annual World Cup Horse
Race taking place this Saturday, March 25th.
Fortitude will be taking some of their 20 picture slate to Dubai for
filming this year. In addition, Fortitude Gulf is planning a theme park, movie
theaters and a major studio facility in Dubai, then branching into other areas
of the region. Fortitude will be bringing studio brands into the Middle East.
