MTV Networks to Host Upfront Event

  Intimate Presentation to Highlight Partnership Opportunities Across New
    Programming, Commercial Environments and Emerging Digital Platforms

    NEW YORK, March 27 /PRNewswire/ -- MTV Networks (MTVN), a unit of
Viacom (NYSE: VIA, VIA.B), today announced it will host an Upfront event to
highlight partnership opportunities across the company's new programming,
commercial environments and emerging digital platforms. Hosted by MTVN
talent and senior management, the intimate presentation will reinforce the
company's commitment to partnership, industry-leading research and
innovative integrated marketing campaigns. The event will be held on May
8th at Nokia Theatre Times Square in New York City, and include special
guests and a surprise musical performance.

    In addition to this event, Nickelodeon hosted an Upfront presentation
on March 13th at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. MTV, VH1, CMT,
Spike and TV Land will host roadshow presentations and all of the company's
brands will hold individual client meetings beginning this week and
continuing through early May.
