The Phoenician in Scottsdale, Arizona is offering a Spring Value Rate.
From April 8 through April 20, 2001, the Mobil Five-Star rated resort offers a
Spring Value Rate with rooms starting at $395 (not including tax or
gratuities) -- a hefty discount on the usual published rate of $550. Children
17 and under stay free (up to two per room) when sharing with an adult. Not
applicable to groups, the Spring Value Rate is based on availability and early
