Government IT spending and planning center on key market drivers including
homeland security, outsourcing of asset management, solutions and services
consolidation, and enterprise architectures. Architecture comes first in a
successful lifecycle framework backed by the right investments and
implementation. Following a set of industry best practices along with the
right reference architecture for government enterprise mobility is critical to
success.
Nuti will define the reference architecture and examine the effects of
wireless ubiquity today and what organizations need to know about RFID, mobile
technologies, and security, when creating an enterprise mobility strategy.
At FOSE, Symbol will demonstrate its latest enterprise mobility
technologies, including the MC50 enterprise digital assistant (EDA) and the
MC9000-G -- a ruggedized mobile computer with RFID capabilities at Booth 3421.
Symbol will also display its market-leading wireless switches and Mobility
Services Platform (MSP), an integrated solution that provides unified
