ATLANTA, April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy LLP
has named six attorneys as partners and six attorneys as counsel.
Named to the partnership were former associates Carl A. Gebo, S. Ross
Mansbach, M. Todd Wade, Nicole Jennings Wade, former senior policy advisor,
Ilene H. Ferenczy and former of counsel, Andrew Pickens Miller. Former
associates Lorenzo F. Exposito, J. Christopher Rodgers, Donna Marie Rodney and
former of counsel, Brad Alexander Baldwin and Robert C. MacKichan, Jr. were
named as counsel.
Carl A. Gebo's primary area of concentration is litigation related to
public contracts and construction issues. He is a graduate of the University
of Notre Dame and Northwestern University School of Law.
Ilene H. Ferenczy concentrates in qualified pension and profit sharing
plans, nonqualified plans, employee stock ownership plans and tax-sheltered
annuity plans for tax exempt organizations. She is a graduate of the
University of California at Los Angeles, Western State University College of
Law and Georgia State University College of Law. She is licensed in
California.
S. Ross Mansbach concentrates in the area of antitrust and other complex
commercial litigation, including class actions. He is a graduate of Yale
College and the University of Chicago Law School.
Andrew Pickens Miller practices in the area of government relations with
an emphasis on state-based issues and represents corporations in the
administrative, legislative and/or regulatory arenas. He previously served as
Attorney General of Virginia and is a Princeton University and University of
Virginia School of Law graduate.
Nicole Jennings Wade, who practices primarily in civil litigation, with an
emphasis on fiduciary, trust and estate, and general commercial litigation, is
a graduate of Vanderbilt University and University of Michigan Law School.
M. Todd Wade concentrates in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance
and securities. He is a graduate of Baylor University and University of
Michigan Law School.
Brad Alexander Baldwin, who focuses his practice on corporate
reorganizations and Chapter 11 bankruptcy and out-of-court workouts, graduated
from Oglethorpe University and University of Georgia Law School.
Lorenzo F. Exposito, concentrates in federal, state and local government
contracting and counsels clients on issues relating to the formation,
administration and performance of government contracts. He is a graduate of
University of Connecticut and Catholic University of America, Columbus School
of Law.
Robert C. MacKichan, Jr. focuses his practice in the area of federal real
estate. Often teaming with the Government Relations group of the firm, Mr.
MacKichan assists clients in navigating the unique federal real estate
acquisition process of the federal government. He is a graduate of the
University of the Pacific, College of the Pacific.
J. Christopher Rodgers practices in the area of mergers and acquisitions,
corporate finance, corporate governance and general securities law. He is a
University of Maryland and George Washington Law School graduate.
Donna Marie Rodney, who focuses her practice on structuring both low-
income housing tax credit projects and historic rehabilitation tax credit
projects, is a graduate of Howard University and University of California,
Berkeley.
