RSA Security Announces Date of First-Quarter 2003 Financial Results Release, Conference Call and Webcast

RSA Security Inc. (Nasdaq: RSAS) will announce its first-quarter 2003
financial results after the U.S. financial markets close on Thursday, April
10, 2003.
    In conjunction with this announcement, RSA Security will host a conference
call on April 10, 2003, at 4:30 p.m. (EDT) to discuss the Company's financial
