Strategic Resources, LLC, New York City, as an advisor on investor and
corporate relations.

Significant Software Advancements
Piranha has just introduced the "industrial-strength" version of its key
product -- Piranha Byte(TM). The new upgrade, 2.0, is designed to be
cost-effective and efficient for data-heavy industries requiring the
transmission and storage of large graphic files. Byte 2.0 is available in a
Desktop as well as a Server application. Both are operable with Intel-Linux
and Sun Solaris as well as Windows and Macintosh platforms. "Competitive

Byte 2.0 will be formally introduced at the annual Seybold Conference and

Piranha will also be introducing at the Seybold Conference an advanced
data-management system that materially reduces archiving-requirements by
enabling the storage of a single, compressed image that can be easily
retrieved in a variety of sizes and resolutions. In addition, Piranha will be
showcasing at Seybold its other recently introduced products: Piranha
Net(TM), which dramatically reduces the time required to download Web pages;
and the demo version of Piranha Stream(TM), which provides real-time encoding
and compression for streaming video and audio on demand, remote learning and
videoconferencing.
