appointed Mr. Hubert Harel Chairman of the Board and Executive Director.

    Hubert Harel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a

has held the positions of Vice-President, marketing at the Banque Nationale;
Executive Vice-President, Groupe Juste pour rire; President and CEO of Premier
Choix (Super Ecran); President and General Manager of AstralTech; and until
recently, Executive Vice-President and General Manager of CF Television.
