Oxford Announces First Quarter Earnings Conference Call and Webcast

    TRUMBULL, Conn., April 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Oxford Health Plans,
Inc. (NYSE: OHP) is scheduled to release its first quarter 2003 financial
results before the start of trading on Monday, May 5, 2003.
    The Company will hold a conference call on Monday, May 5, 2003 at
9 a.m. (Eastern Time) to review these results as well as discuss the outlook
for the remainder of 2003.  The conference call can be accessed by dialing
