(Nasdaq: RHCI) today announced that it has acquired two youth services
facilities, one located in Palm Bay, Florida and the other in Dothan, Alabama.
"The acquisition of these facilities allows us to begin solidifying our
position as a key youth services provider in the states of Florida and

Care, Inc.
Ramsay Health Care, Inc. further announced that it will close a facility
which is inconsistent with the Company's new youth services strategy. The
Company stated that it will close Greenbrier Psychiatric Hospital in
Covington, Louisiana within the next 60 days.
Ramsay Health Care, Inc., is a provider and manager of specialized
programs and services for at-risk and troubled youth. The Company through its
subsidiary, Ramsay Youth Services, Inc., operates residential youth
facilities, group homes and a juvenile assignment center. In addition, the
Company's managed behavioral care division provides and manages the delivery

psychiatric facilities and manages the delivery of behavioral healthcare
