Rational Software Corporation (Nasdaq: RATL) will report the results for its
fiscal year 2002 on Thursday, April 18 after the close of the market.
Management will host the quarterly conference call to discuss the results
beginning at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Interested parties may listen to the conference call via live broadcast
over the Internet at

For those unable to participate in the live call, replays will be
