ATX President and CEO Addresses the Future of Telematics at 2005 SAE World Congress

    WHAT:    Steve Millstein, president and chief executive officer of ATX
Group (http://www.atxg.com ), will discuss future trends in telematics, during
a panel entitled The Next Generation of Automotive Electronics Entertainment,
Business, and Convenience Systems.  Millstein will focus specifically on
vehicle relationship management, a process that leverages real-time vehicle
data, customer data, multiple channels of communication with the customer and
telematics services to enhance the business objectives of original equipment
manufacturers and their affiliated dealerships.

    WHEN:    Monday, April 11, from 3:30 to 5 p.m.

    WHO:     As president and CEO of ATX, Steve Millstein has been a leader in
the telematics industry in North America since its inception and, more
recently, has expanded the reach of telematics in Europe.  Millstein has long

the automotive industry.
