today that its Board of Directors has appointed Mark Sustana as General
Counsel and Secretary of the Company. Before joining Lennar Corporation, Mr.
Sustana served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of GenTek, Inc.,
where he had been employed since 1998.
