(OTC Bulletin Board: BYTE), an innovator in data compression technology and
workflow solutions, today announced an agreement with Typetec Ltd., a graphic
arts solutions provider, to sell Piranha software throughout the Republic of
Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Typetec supplies a comprehensive range of digital imaging solutions to the
graphic arts sector in Ireland. Its customers include all leading newspapers,
printers, repro houses, publishers, designers, photographers and advertising
agencies in that country.
Typetec solutions include CreoScitex for Computer-to-Plate technology,
Xerox for digital press solutions, and Hewlett Packard for server and RAID
storage solutions. The company, formed in 1982 and headquartered in Dublin,
employs about 40 people.
