Inc. announced today that RMI.NET has acquired a 19.9 percent stake in
enginenumber9.com, a vertical market applications service provider (ASP) and
developer of "private label" virtual desktops for businesses, associations and
wholly owned Internet companies.

As part of the agreement, enginenumber9.com has agreed to work exclusively
with RMI.NET for the development, operation and maintenance of the site.
