Neutral Posture Ergonomics, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTRL) a leading manufacturer of
ergonomic chairs and accessories, today announced the following changes to its
sales, marketing and customer service personnel to be effective immediately.
Tom Peterson, President and Chief Operating Officer stated, "These changes
solidify the Company's more focused approach in selling, marketing and
developing its product lines."
Mark Benden, Vice President - Engineering, will focus his efforts on the
development and execution of new products, product management and
international expansion. Mark, a certified professional ergonomist (CPE),
will also continue to lead our Neutral Posture Ergonomic Engineering Team
("NEET").
David Ebner, Vice President - Operations, will oversee all aspects of
production, purchasing and production control including Customer Service.
Garry Ritchie has been hired as Director of Sales, Western US. Garry
comes to the Company with 28 years of experience in the Company's industry and
has a solid background in sales, market development, design, ergonomic
evaluation and management experience with similar product lines. Garry will
be responsible for managing, expanding and creating sales opportunities on the
West Coast.
Martha Craig, an ergonomist and NEET team member, has been promoted to
Director of Sales, Eastern US. Martha will remain on the NEET team and will
be responsible for East Coast sales. Her background in ergonomics and
knowledge of the Company's products will be an asset in managing the Company's
expansion and growth on the East Coast.
Danny Skeen, Director of Harvard Programs, will be responsible for
developing and maintaining specialty sales programs for channels such as
regional wholesalers, government and catalog sales and national retailers. He
will also interface with sales directors and marketing to develop and execute
specific proposals and campaigns to secure the aforementioned opportunities.
