CornerPost Software Announces Beta Release Of TotalTrac(TM), Providing Web- Based Work Order Tracking

Paperless Solution Tracks and Coordinates Service/Maintenance Orders For
Virtually Any Asset; Service Will Be Demonstrated at FOSE 2003

WASHINGTON, April 8 /PRNewswire/ -- WASHINGTON DC CONVENTION CENTER,
BOOTH #46 MP1 -- CornerPost Software announced today the beta release of
TotalTrac(TM), a powerful, ASP-based work order tracking solution, at the
Federal Office Systems Expo (FOSE) 2003 in Washington, D.C. Geared for the
needs of municipalities, school systems, corporations, manufacturers, and
other enterprises, TotalTrac is a convenient, cost-effective way to manage and
expedite the maintenance and repair of any significant business asset, from
computers and office equipment to delivery trucks and airplanes.
TotalTrac, a paperless solution accessible via any Web browser or wireless
PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), is being demonstrated at FOSE 2003 from the
CornerPost Software exhibit in Booth MP1 of the Washington DC Convention
Center. At the booth, qualified customer prospects will be given a password
they can use to access the beta version of the service when it is available
beginning May 1, 2003.
"Unlike other client/server or standalone software alternatives, TotalTrac
is the only ASP-based work order management and tracking solution on the
market today," said Ryan Elswick, Chief Operations Officer of CornerPost
Software. "Not only does TotalTrac require no upfront capital investment or
on-premises installation, but the service automatically links any individual,
department, or service organization with a Web browser, keeping all critical
parties in the loop for each work order."

    Paper Forms Eliminated
As a Web-based ASP (Application Services Provider) solution, TotalTrac
eliminates paper work request forms while providing real-time notification of
service requests and their progress. A teacher, for example, requesting
repair of a PC in a school computer lab can have her request automatically
sent to the principal for approval; once okayed, the order can be immediately
sent to the school system's outside computer maintenance service. The school
system's IT staff and business manager are copied electronically, with updates
sent out regularly to keep all parties informed.
TotalTrac can also be used to send out warnings of warranty expirations,
past due orders, or routine maintenance. Depreciation can also be tracked,
giving administrators and accounting personnel up-to-the-minute information
about asset valuation.
