DALLAS, April 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SOURCECORP(TM) (Nasdaq: SRCP), a

today announced the appointment of Ivan G. Boyd as Senior Vice President,
Sales & Marketing for its Business Process Solutions Division, through which
the Company provides its Information Management services. Mr. Boyd will
report to Kerry Walbridge, Division President.

Prior to joining SOURCECORP, Mr. Boyd was most recently Senior Vice
President, Sales and Marketing for Sunquest Information Systems, an
international provider of healthcare information systems. His leadership of
the company's large national sales and marketing organizations helped fuel
significant new sales growth for the company over the past four years.
Mr. Boyd previously held executive sales and marketing positions with ADAC
Information Systems, First Data Corporation and Digital Equipment Corp. In
each of these roles, Mr. Boyd managed large national and international sales
and marketing organizations focused on healthcare providers and payers,
financial services, government, and transportation markets.
