LIBERTY, Mo., April 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ferrellgas Partners, L.P.
(NYSE: FGP) announced the pricing of a public offering of 7.0 million common
units at a public offering price of $23.34 per common unit. The offering is
scheduled to close on Wednesday, April 14, 2004.
Ferrellgas also has granted to the underwriters of this offering a 30-day
option to purchase up to an additional 1,050,000 common units to cover any
over-allotments.
