RICHMOND, Va., April 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dominion has named
Richard Zelenko vice president of Dominion Retail, Inc., the company's
subsidiary that has 1.4 million customer accounts in deregulated retail
markets in eight states.

Zelenko has been general manager of Dominion Retail since 2001 and remains
responsible for all aspects of Dominion Retail's business, including
financial, marketing and operations. He was also named vice president of
Dominion Products and Services, Inc.
Zelenko holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Case
Western Reserve University. He joined the company as a technical management
trainee in its Ohio natural gas distribution operations in 1978, eventually
holding several supervisory and managerial positions.
He was general manager, gas supply, from 1997 to 2001, where he led the
design and implementation of a centralized gas supply organization for the
company's natural gas customers.
Dominion is one of the nation's largest producers of energy, with an
energy portfolio of more than 24,000 megawatts of generation, 6.4 trillion
cubic feet equivalent of proved natural gas reserves and 7,900 miles of
natural gas transmission pipeline. Dominion also operates the nation's largest
