Fragrances, Inc. (Nasdaq: PARL) announced today that it had entered into a
worldwide license agreement with GUND, Inc. to develop, manufacture and
distribute fragrances and related products under the babyGUND trademark. The
initial term of the agreement continues through June 30, 2010.
