CREDANT Technologies and FusionStorm Sign Premier Channel Agreement to Provide Endpoint Data Security Solution to Enterprises

Channel partnership greatly expands footprint for CREDANT's endpoint data
protection solution and targets companies seeking to better meet stringent
                           compliance regulations

    SAN FRANCISCO, April 8, 2008 /PRNewswire/ -- RSA Conference 2008 --
CREDANT Technologies(R), the market leader in endpoint data protection
solutions, today announced a premier channel agreement with FusionStorm, a
national provider of IT products, professional, and managed services,
naming the firm a CREDANT Focus Partner(TM). Under the agreement
FusionStorm will sell, implement and optimize the CREDANT Mobile Guardian
endpoint data security solution. The power of FusionStorm's 150+ sales
executives and engineers provides customers with enhanced access to sales
and implementation resources. Please visit CREDANT Technologies at Booth #
341 at the RSA show to learn more about this and other news.

This FusionStorm-CREDANT solution benefits companies in need of
endpoint data protection on all devices -- from laptops and desktops to
PDAs and smartphones, iPods and all external media. All these devices now
routinely carry sensitive corporate and customer data and compliance
requirements dictate that companies must prove that data is protected at
all times.

CREDANT's Intelligent Encryption and its new Full Data Encryption2
provide the foundation for CREDANT's policy-based approach to endpoint data
protection. CREDANT Mobile Guardian protects the entire operating system
except files needed to boot the machine, and therefore, unlike full disk
encryption, it does not require preboot authentication. This allows the
software to work with customers' existing internal operations and
applications without requiring the radical changes other solutions need.
This approach protects against both insider and external threats in a way
that is transparent to the end user, increasing its appeal and adoption
over other approaches to data protection.

"We chose CREDANT as a solution for our customers based on its
flexible, centrally managed architecture, its ease of use and the fact we
can ensure customer compliance without impacting their operations," said
Lantz Litchfield, FusionStorm's Vice President of Professional Services.
"In addition, by bringing CREDANT Mobile Guardian into our ecosystem of
solutions, we can deliver an even broader endpoint security offering, which
is something customers are asking for."

"I am pleased that FusionStorm has chosen to offer our solution to
customers who can now secure all data, prove it is secure and avoid the
need for breach notification," said Scott Nagel, Senior Director of CREDANT
Technologies Channel Program. "FusionStorm makes this convenient for
enterprises who like having a trusted security advisor and they can add
CREDANT's Mobile Guardian to their existing service agreements."

FusionStorm will also offer a solution from CREDANT to provide
protection and compliance auditing for businesses that store personally
identifiable information such as credit card data. This data must be
protected under the new Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard,
(PCI-DSS). The law takes affect in June 2008.

Additionally, FusionStorm and Credant are engaging in a special series
of security seminars across the country aimed at helping organizations
understand today's security threats.

Josh Krasnegor, FusionStorm's Vice President of Marketing noted, "This
quarter we are launching a special, focused security education series for
our existing clients and for other companies who have already expressed
interest because of the major security threats they are facing."

Select CREDANT Technologies channel partners such as FusionStorm are
recognized as a FocusPartner(TM). This is the highest tier in the channel
program and occupied by firms who have proven security expertise and a
history of delivering value added services to customers.

CREDANT Mobile Guardian is available now to FusionStorm customers. For
