3 Year Pact to Supply Instant Ticket Cooperative Services
NEW YORK, April 9, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Scientific Games
(Nasdaq: SGMS) announced that it has been awarded a contract with the
Sachsen-Anhalt Lottery in Germany to supply instant tickets and cooperative
services. The contract begins in July of 2008 and will run for three years,
with options to extend for an additional two years. Scientific Games will
handle the manufacturing and design of instant tickets, and revenues to
Scientific Games will be based on a percentage of retail sales.
Sachsen-Anhalt has a population of 2.5 million and approximately 670
retailers.
