QIK Raises $3 Million in Funding

Industry Leaders Marc Benioff, Arjun Gupta and George Garrick invest in the
                   Leader in Mobile Live Video Streaming

    SAN MATEO, Calif., April 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Qik, Inc., the leading
provider and innovator of mobile live video streaming service Qik.com,
today announced that it has raised $3 million in Series B funding.
Previously known as Visivo Communications, Qik enables anyone with a camera
phone to stream live video from their phones to anywhere in the world to
the Web, TV, mobile phones, and gaming consoles.

    Investors include industry leaders Marc Benioff, Chairman and CEO of

Partners; and George Garrick, President and CEO of Jingle Networks. George
Garrick also joins the board of directors of Qik, Inc. Prior to Jingle
Networks, Garrick was president and CEO of Wine.com and CEO of PlaceWare
(acquired by Microsoft). As well, Garrick was CEO of Flycast
Communications, which he led from start-up through IPO, and then negotiated
its sale for $2.3 billion in early 2000.
