alliance. With this agreement, the two companies will combine the ValiCert
Validation Authority(TM) (VA) solution with Baltimore UniCERT(TM), the world's
leading public key infrastructure (PKI) system. Through this new OEM
arrangement, Baltimore's customers will be able to instantly check the
validity of corporate and individual credentials, facilitating electronic
transactions that are protected against revoked or suspended digital
certificates.
