group of Rainbow Technologies, Inc., (Nasdaq: RNBO), a leading provider of

announced that the company's iKey 2000 series workstation security solution
has been awarded the Entrust-Ready(TM) designation by Entrust Technologies
(Nasdaq: ENTU), the leading global provider of Trust Relationship
Management(TM) software and managed services. The Entrust-Ready designation
means that the iKey 2000 PE for Entrust has been tested for compatibility and
interoperability with Entrust's market-leading public-key infrastructure (PKI)
software.
With this designation, the iKey 2000 series is the industry's first USB
authentication token to earn the Entrust-Ready designation. Rainbow, a member
of the Entrust(R) Alliance Developer Program, has initiated Entrust
compatibility testing with other members of the iKey authentication token
family.
