PITTSBURGH, April 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors
of Equitable Resources, Inc. (NYSE: EQT) yesterday declared a regular
quarterly cash dividend of 22 cents per share payable June 1, 2007, to
shareholders of record on May 4, 2007.
Equitable Resources will host a teleconference with security analysts
on April 26, 2007, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The topic of the
conference call will be financial results for the first quarter 2007, which
will be released before the NYSE opening that morning. A review of these
results will be followed by a Q&A session for security analysts.
Equitable's teleconference with security analysts will be simulcast
live via Equitable Resources' website, http://www.eqt.com, and will be available
for replay on the website for a seven-day period.
