NGAS To Present at IPAA Investment Symposium in New York on April 20th

    LEXINGTON, Ky., April 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NGAS Resources, Inc.
(Nasdaq: NGAS), will present at IPAA's 11th Annual Oil & Gas Investment
Symposium (OGIS) in New York on Wednesday, April 20, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. EDT.
The conference will be held at the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers, 811
Seventh Avenue @ 52nd Street, New York City, NY.
    William S. Daugherty, President and CEO, will discuss NGAS and its natural
gas opportunities in the Appalachian Basin. The discussion will include
