    CAMBRIDGE, MA and OTTAWA, April 14 /PRNewswire/ - Fulcrum Technologies
Inc., a subsidiary of PC DOCS Group International Inc. (NASDAQ: DOCSF, TSE:
DXX), today announced that it has signed an agreement with Cambridge
Technology Partners (NASDAQ: CATP) (Cambridge) under the Fulcrum(R) Alliance
Network(TM) Program.  The agreement will furnish Cambridge the ability to
deliver knowledge management solutions to enterprises based on Fulcrum
Knowledge Network(TM).
    Cambridge, an international management consulting and systems integration
