SOUTHFIELD, Mich., April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- DSSI LLC announced today an
agreement to provide outsourced procurement services to DURA Automotive
Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: DRRA). The estimated $60 million agreement spans three
years and covers DURA's North American locations.
DURA will utilize DSSI's hosted e-procurement system and buying
organization to centralize and consolidate its indirect spend across the
company and with other companies. This initiative is one of many strategies
the company is implementing to improve its business processes and reduce
costs.

purchasing leverage will assist us in further lowering our cost structure
