Coherent, Inc. to Webcast Second Fiscal Quarter 2005 Results

(Nasdaq: COHR), today announced the Company would host a live webcast to
discuss its upcoming second fiscal quarter 2005 results scheduled for Tuesday,
April 26, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. ET.
