ExxonMobil Lubricants & Petroleum Specialties Company Introduces Exxon Aviation Oil Elite(TM) 20W-50

    FAIRFAX, Va., April 17 /PRNewswire/ -- ExxonMobil Lubricants & Petroleum
Specialties Company introduced Exxon Aviation Oil Elite(TM) 20W-50 at the
Experimental Aircraft Association's annual Sun n' Fun Fly-in, held in
Lakeland, Florida, over the April 8 weekend.  Exxon Aviation Oil Elite(TM) is
a semi-synthetic, ashless dispersant-containing multigrade engine oil
formulated for aircraft piston engines.
    "After more than three years of development we are delighted to introduce
this cutting-edge product," said Steve Sunseri, General Aviation Sales
Manager, Americas.  "Exxon Elite(TM) provides significant benefits to the
aircraft owner in key performance areas, including outstanding viscosity, wear
and corrosion control and excellent rust protection," added Sunseri.
    The Exxon Elite(TM) product is SAE J 1899 certified, meets Mil-L-22851D
and is U.S. Military approved.  Additionally, the product contains the anti-
wear/anti-scuffing additive required for some models of Lycoming engines and
is FAA-approved for this use.
    Exxon Elite(TM) will be available for direct purchases after June 1st
through the "Flyin Tiger" Hotline, 888-22-TIGER (8447), button 9.  Customers
can also order Exxon Elite(TM) after June 1st throughout the network of Exxon
Lubricant Distributors.
