HOUSTON, April 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Anadarko Petroleum Corporation
(NYSE: APC) will host a conference call on Friday, April 27, 2001, at
9:30 a.m. CDT, 10:30 a.m. EDT, to discuss first quarter financial and
operating results. Earnings will be released early Thursday, April 26, and
fax distribution will begin promptly. The full text of the release will be
