Conference soliciting papers, panels, and half-day tutorial submissions
SAN DIEGO, April 17, 2008 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN)
will host MILCOM 2008, the premier military communications conference, Nov.
17 - 19 at the San Diego Convention Center.
More than 6,000 government and industry representatives from 30
countries are expected at the 27th annual gathering, which will focus on
the theme, "Assuring Mission Success."
MILCOM 2008 is soliciting unclassified and classified papers as well as
panels and half-day tutorials. They should be relevant to communications
and information processing systems' technologies and capabilities that
"Assure Mission Success" by addressing the 21st century challenges of
national defense, homeland security and disaster response. Industry,
academic and government organizations from the U.S. and countries worldwide
are encouraged to participate.
Draft papers must be submitted by June 16. Final papers are due Aug.
31.
