WESTBOROUGH, Mass., April 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Peritus Software Services,
Inc. (OTC: PTUS), a provider of solutions for software maintenance, today
announced that John Giordano, Johan Magnusson and Andrew Youniss were elected
to the Board of Directors. The newly elected directors join Dominic Chan,
Axel Leblois and Roland Pampel, the Company's other Directors.
Mr. Giordano is the President and CEO of the Company. Messrs. Magnusson
and Youniss are officers and Directors of Rocket Software, Inc., the company
that recently invested $4 million in Peritus in exchange for 10,000,000 shares
of Peritus common stock. Messrs. Magnusson and Youniss were elected pursuant
to the terms of a common stock purchase agreement between the Company and
Rocket.
