Simpson Industries, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend
 
    PLYMOUTH, Mich., April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Simpson Industries, Inc.
(Nasdaq: SMPS) announces that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly
dividend in the amount of $.10 per share.  The dividend is payable June 22,
2000 to shareholders of record on June 1, 2000.
