Powell Goldstein Ranks Seven Practices and Six Attorneys in Chambers USA Guide

           Firm Shares #1 Ranking for Banking & Finance in Georgia

    ATLANTA, April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy LLP
announces seven of the firm's practices and six attorneys are ranked in the
Georgia listing in the newly-released Chambers USA guide to America's Leading
Business Lawyers.  The 2004-2005 listing just released is the second annual
edition of the guide.
