WASHINGTON, April 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CarrAmerica Realty
Corporation (NYSE: CRE) today announced that Psomas has leased 14,000 square
feet of office space at Sorenson Research Park, Building 10 in Taylorsville,
Utah. With this lease, CarrAmerica's properties at Sorenson Research Park
are 97% leased. Psomas is expected to occupy its new space in June 2005.

CarrAmerica Vice President/Director of Operations for Salt Lake City, Mike
Chappell, commented, "We are delighted with Psomas' decision to relocate and
expand at Sorenson Research Park." CarrAmerica now provides office space to
18 customers occupying 311,000 square feet within the Park.
