The Infinity Solutions Network Assists Clients in Implementing Enterprise
Trading and Risk Management Solutions
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., April 23 /PRNewswire/ Infinity, a SunGard company
(NYSE: SDS), today officially launched the Infinity Solutions Network.
Infinity is a leading provider of enterprise applications for trading, risk
management and operations. A variety of consultants, systems integrators and
developers have signed formal agreements with the company, including AMS,
Hitachi, IBM and Price Waterhouse.
The Infinity Solutions Network combines and expands on the business
partner programs of the three companies that merged in January 1998 to form
Infinity: Infinity Financial Technology, Renaissance Software and SunGard
Capital Markets. The new program covers all of Infinity's products, which
include Panorama, Infinity 7, Infinity Forex, The Devon System and Opus. The
program offers three classifications:
* Certified Engineers;
* Solution Providers;
* Developers.

Program Classifications
Certified Engineers
Certified Engineers are trained and certified by Infinity to provide high
quality consulting services using Infinity products. Certified Engineers
access Infinity products through Infinity training and at Infinity client
facilities. Certified Engineers typically provide custom development and
knowledge transfer. Current Certified Engineers include Atechsys, IPI and
Objective Edge.
Solution Providers
The Solution Provider program is targeted at larger firms providing a more
comprehensive range of systems integration services. SolutionProviders
generally provide the following services: architecture, planning, consulting,
installation, implementation support, project management, data conversion and
reconciliation. As with Certified Engineers, Solution Providers frequently
develop custom software solutions for clients. Current Solution Providers
include AMS, Hitachi, IBM, Kaizen and Price Waterhouse.
Developers
The Developer program is targeted at independent software vendors who
provide value-added packaged software solutions based on Infinity products.
Developers receive a license to Infinity products, as well as technical
support and discounts on training programs. Current Developers include Alier,
Atos, MSB Consulting, RioFin, RiskCare and TrueRisk.
