Banco Vimenca S.A. in the Dominican Republic.
Processing Center, S.A. (PROCESA), a company recently formed by First Data
and Banco General S.A., offers world-class payment processing solutions,
customized for the Latin America and Caribbean regions, and will service Banco
Vimenca's electronic payments, credit and debit cards needs.

in this marketplace.
