announced a new alliance with Health Management BodyLogic based in
International Falls, Minn., that will enable Health Fitness to provide
proprietary back injury prevention education and back care maintenance
programs to its clients at HFC sites around the country.
The two Health Management BodyLogic programs are BackLogic(TM) and
ErgoLogic(TM). The BackLogic program brings quality education on injury
prevention and maintenance back care -- including back anatomy, pain, and
injury statistics. It offers simple and effective strategies to minimize
existing back pain and prevent future injury. ErgoLogic offers a practical,
interactive, hands-on, approach -- including general concepts of ergonomics,
information on musculoskeletal disorders, exercise instruction, workstation
evaluation, and recommended action plans.
