Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: CHB), a leader in the factory-built housing industry,
today announced that Colleen Bauman has decided to leave the Company,
effective June 10, 2005, in order to spend more time with her family. Ms.
Bauman currently serves as the Company's Vice President - Investor Relations.
The Company will commence a national search to find her replacement.
Phyllis Knight, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
