ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., April 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Catalina
Marketing Corporation (NYSE: POS) today announced that it has accepted the
resignation of Sue Klug, the company's chief development officer. Her
resignation will be effective May 20, 2005. Klug will be returning to a
career in the food retailing sector with a position near her home in Southern
California.
During Klug's ten-plus years with Catalina, she has served as group
president, leading key strategic growth components for the company, such as
Catalina Health Resource, as well as corporate marketing and new business
development.

and her leadership and expertise have made her an outstanding contributor on
