Amendment extends lease through 2016 with options through 2026 PRINCETON, N.J., April 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Laureate Pharma, Inc., a full- service biopharmaceutical development and protein production company, announced today that they have entered into a lease amendment with 201 College Road Associates, LLC for its 57,000 square foot manufacturing and headquarters facility. Under the agreement, Laureate Pharma will extend its current lease through 2016 and will have two additional five-year options to extend the lease through 2026. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
