investment options added to variable products
COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- To ensure investment
professionals have the quality investment alternatives their clients may
need to help fund longer, more active retirement horizons, Nationwide
Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: NFS), today announced it will enhance its
variable life and annuity products on May 1 with the addition of nine new
investment options and updates to its asset allocation models.

- GVIT International Index Fund
- Janus Aspen Series: International Growth Portfolio
- Janus Aspen Series: Forty Portfolio
In response to feedback from investment professionals, Carter said
Nationwide will be offering the new investment options to both new and
established variable products.

allocation models with the addition of a short-term bond category.
