wholly-owned, Prague-based subsidiary Global Payments Europe, a.s. is
providing the Slovakian subsidiary of Orange, a major European mobile phone
operator, with issuing services for its credit card program. Orange is
issuing the cards in co-operation with GE Money Multiservis, Slovakia -- a
sister company of GE Money Bank, which is based in the Czech Republic. To
date, Global Payments Europe has issued 750,000 cards for GE Money
Multiservis and Orange. Global Payments Europe will process authorizations
for transactions using these cards in Prague, Czech Republic.
