when they show their healthcare ID or badge at participating bakeries
during Nurses Week, May 5-11, 2008*.

Bonnie and Mark Barnes of Glen Ellen, Calif. and their family members
established The DAISY Foundation in January 2000 to recognize nurses after
Mark's son, Pat, died of complications from an auto-immune disease. During
his extended hospital stay, Pat would only eat Cinnabon Classic rolls, and
he insisted his care nurses have some as well. Since its inception, the
foundation has presented more than 2,500 nurses in over 200 medical
facilities nationwide with The DAISY Award, which includes Cinnabon rolls
and gift certificates for each recipient.
