First National Power Announces Advisory Board Expansion and Corporate Restructuring

    FOX ISLAND, Wash., April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- First National Power
Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: FNPR) announced today that effective May 1st,
2004, Kevin M. Murphy, Concept Founder of Green Oasis, will resign as CEO and
Chairman of FNPR. Mr. Murphy will focus on the Green Oasis project development
in his capacity as Co-Chair of the First National Power Advisory Board.
Joining Mr. Kevin M. Murphy on the FNPR Advisory Board will be Bryan Byrne and
Suminderpal Bedi of "The Energy Group," a group formed by the University of
Chicago to promote global distributed entrepreneurial teams. The Energy
Group's focus is in all aspects of the energy industry, although the emphasis
is on power systems that rely on non-extractive materials or technologies.

    About Bryan Byrne
    Mr. Byrne will assist FNPR with private equity and project funding
processes for infrastructural technologies (energy, water) as well as grant
applications for FNPR Third World projects. Bryan will also act as corporate
liaison at AWEA conferences and assist in the funding process for alternative
power generation related projects in emerging countries. Mr. Byrne specializes
in consumer research product development. Bryan was born in Chicago and
carries both EU and U.S. citizenship.  From 1988-1996 he received his M.A, PhD
in Anthropology from the University of Florida (Fulbright Scholar, NSF). With
his research focused on economic development (water management, markets,
agriculture, tourism, urbanization) with field experience in South America and
Europe.

    About Suminderpal Bedi
    Mr. Bendi is energy systems product developer and will assist FNPR with
the development and marketing to Third World Markets for products and projects
currently under development. Born in India, Suminderpal attended University of
Wisconsin, Madison (1990-1995) and received B.Sc. Electrical Engineering. From
1995-1998, he worked at American Power Conversion in the role of Field System
Engineer. From 1998-2001, he worked as Product Marketing Manager in Asia
Pacific Region for American Power Conversion and currently (2001-present) is
leading a group of 14 engineers to develop products for emerging markets.
