              edge military unit lithium ion conversion project

of lithium ion vehicles and lithium ion powered products worldwide, announced
today that the previously announced United States Military Project is near
completion and is scheduled for United States Navy certification and testing.
    The newly expanded project will serve as a trial with the United States
Navy and the development and implementation of this project is taking place at
the Lithium House facilities in Van Nuys, California under the direction of
lithium ion guru Chaz Haba and world-famous underwater technology specialist
Lou Prezelin.

    Testing and certification of the unit will include submerged testing as
