    DALLAS, April 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SOURCECORP's (Nasdaq: SRCP)
management team will announce the Company's first quarter 2002 earnings after
the market closes on Thursday, May 9, 2002, and will conduct a conference call
at 3:45 PM Central Daylight Time to discuss 2002 first quarter results and
respond to any questions.
